Spencer Hirshberg has overseen more than 20,000 residential and commercial real estate settlements and financing transactions since his admission to the bar in 1975.
As law partner and head of the real estate division of several prominent local firms, Mr. Hirshberg formed the law firm of Hirshberg, Gustine & Straka in 1996.
A graduate of Dartmouth College and Duquesne University School of Law, Spencer brings over 30 years of legal expertise to each aspect of your real estate transaction.
Edward Hirshberg Vice President Residential Lending and Sales

Edward works in all aspects of residential real estate finance and sales, from 100% financing for first time home-buyers, to jumbo purchases in our most prestigious communities. Edward brings his diversified experience in real estate and mortgage finance to our clients.
A licensed real estate agent, he has also sold homes in Treesdale, Sewickley, Fox Chapel, Wexford, Peters Township, Upper St. Clair, Nevillewood, Mt. Lebanon, Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, Southside, Downtown Pittsburgh, Monroeville, Plum, North Huntingdon, Unity Township, Latrobe “and everywhere in between.”

A licensed title insurance agent as well as a certificated corporate and real estate paralegal, Catherine P. Ferretti is a graduate of the paralegal program at Pennsylvania State University. She has been a licensed title insurance agent since 1987 and a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute since 1994.
Ms. Ferretti is director of real estate title services at the Pittsburgh law firm of Hirshberg, Gustine & Straka. Her extensive experience provides a detailed working knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Cathy brings her expertise to your transaction, and her vast experience ensures a seamless closing.
